How to Order: Orders are generally taken by phone, fax, mail or email. When ordering, please provide a billing address, a shipping address and a contact name and number. Purchase orders will require a hard copy (either mail or fax) and authorization from the purchasing department. All shipments will be halted until the purchase order has been verified or a method of payment has been arranged.


Methods of Payment: Net 30 day terms are given to schools, recreation facilities, and government agencies with an official purchase order, number and contact name. For all other customers, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, Certified check, Money order, or Personal Check. No C.O. D. orders accepted. Note; please allow 3-4 days for checks to clear.


Shipping: Shipping charges are based on current freight rates, package wieght and dimensions, and distance of delivery. Note: Please do not sign for damaged goods in transit unless properly noted on Bill of Lading. All claims must be filed with the carrier.


Delivery Time: Stock items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Because most of Burbank Sport Nets products are made-to-order, the customer will be notified of the delivery times and our production schedule.


Custom Netting: Generally a 50% deposit is required for custom netting prior to processing. Delivery on custom netting is variable. Custom nets are non-refundable upon our discretion. If custom netting is cancelled, the customer's deposit is forfeited.


Cancellations: Orders that are cancelled after shipping will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (except in cases of custom orders). Customers are responsible for all freight charges.
